About the founder

Ten years of European deals. Applied to the one move that matters to you.

European Private Office exists because an American family's move to Europe is, structurally, a transaction: it deserves diligence before commitment, a sequence before a signature, and one person accountable for the outcome.

Alexandre, founder of European Private Office

Why this office exists

Advice was never the missing piece. Execution was.

Alexandre founded European Private Office in Paris after a decade spent valuing, negotiating and closing European transactions. An affluent American moving to Europe can already buy excellent advice: a tax memo, an immigration opinion, an estate plan. What the market rarely offers is the layer underneath, someone in Europe who turns those opinions into a sequenced plan, selects and coordinates the local specialists, and stays accountable from the first country comparison to the keys.

That is the job this office does. The licensed professionals keep the regulated advice. This office owns the sequence, the local bench and the follow-through, starting with the $7,500 European Home Blueprint, credited in full toward execution.

The background

Transaction discipline is not a slogan here. It is a resume.

M&A · Rothschild & Co Six years executing European technology deals.

As an M&A associate at Rothschild & Co Global Advisory in Paris, Alexandre worked on more than EUR10 billion of announced transactions: sales, acquisitions, public offers and IPOs, including the roughly EUR4 billion Euronext listing of OVHcloud. That is the same rigor now applied to every country, property and residence route this office recommends.

Private equity · real estate Underwriting European property for institutional capital.

In private equity, Alexandre led the underwriting of long-income real estate investments across Europe: lease analysis, downside cases, debt structures and the discipline of walking away when the asset does not survive diligence. The same lens now protects clients' property decisions.

Founder · exit Built and sold a software company.

Before banking, Alexandre founded a software company serving insurers, grew it and sold it. He has lived the post-exit question his clients bring to this office: what should the next chapter look like, and where?

In practice

What a deal background changes for your move.

01Diligence before emotionThe property, the visa route and the tax calendar are modeled before anything is signed, the way an investment committee would expect.
02Sequence over improvisationBanking, residence, property and arrival run on one timeline, not four separate conversations.
03Negotiation at the tablePrice, terms and conditions are argued with the method used opposite professional counterparties for a decade.
