The European Home Blueprint is covered by the guarantee described on this website: if the Blueprint does not create clarity on country, budget, tax route and timeline, the fee is refunded. The refund is 100% of the Blueprint fee, less the payment-processing fee incurred on the original transaction. That processing fee is charged by our payment provider, is not returned to European Private Office when a payment is refunded, and is therefore deducted from the amount refunded to the client.
