The client gap
The opinion is only useful when the rest of the move follows it.
A tax memo does not find the right town. An immigration approval does not inspect the property. An estate plan does not open the local bank account. Affluent clients experience these as one move, even when the work sits across several professions.
EPO gives the whole European file one accountable principal while every specialist retains ownership of the advice they are licensed to provide.

First file
Let one suitable household test the working relationship.
For selected professional relationships, EPO can prepare the first suitable client's $7,500 European Home Blueprint at no fee. The client receives a three-week decision file. The referring professional sees how the office communicates, protects lanes and turns advice into execution before considering an ongoing relationship.
Plain answers
Questions professional partners ask before an introduction.
Do you pay referral fees to professional partners?
No. EPO does not pay referral fees, commissions or compensation for professional introductions. Each firm remains in its own lane and serves the client on its own terms.
Who gives the regulated tax, legal and immigration advice?
The client's licensed attorneys, tax professionals and immigration counsel give the regulated advice. EPO coordinates their work with the property, banking and local execution plan.
What happens after I introduce a client?
EPO confirms fit, defines the scope, builds the European Home Blueprint and keeps the referring professional informed with the client's consent. The original professional relationship stays in place.
Will EPO refer clients back to specialists?
When an EPO client needs specialist advice, the office uses a selective professional bench and may make introductions based on expertise, client fit, consent and conflict checks.
